Before you book…

If you don’t come to the test, you will not receive a refund.

Cancellation is not possible after the registration deadline has passed. Before the deadline, a €50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the reimbursement.

In the case of illness – with a doctor’s certificate – you will be charged the full fee but may reschedule the test.

After booking, you will get an invoice from us, which needs to be paid within 1-2 days, otherwise your place will not be secured

When you register for a TOEIC/TOEFL test, you agree with the AGB (general conditions) and test regulations of the ETS BV. You further confirm that you have read and accept the test regulations:
